Q. How do I find out I qualify for these programs and the services of RxMedHelper.com?
A. Not everyone qualifies for FREE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS. We first do a thorough analysis to see if there are programs that you will qualify for and that will be financially beneficial for you.

Q. What is the cost for this service?
A. The cost for our services is a flat rate of $95.00 per month. In some cases, there will be extra work required for us to assist you in receiving a medication, such as appeals on your behalf. In this case, we will contact you to advise you of any additional fees. Also, there is a one-time application fee at the time of enrollment of $45.00.

Q. Where do these prescription drugs come from?
A. The prescriptions are supplied directly to you or your healthcare provider right from the drug companies and typically provide a 90 day supply. To continue receiving refills, you need to reapply to each Program before your current prescription expires. RXMEDHELPER manages all of your re-enrollment requirements for you.

Q. Are these Generic or Brand Name Medications?
A. Most prescription programs are for Brand Name medications. However, if there is no program for the brand name medication you need then sometimes generic medications are available.

Q. How long does it take to get my prescriptions?
A. From the time we verify and complete your forms and we receive the forms back from your doctor, it takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to receive your prescriptions. In rare cases, there can be further delays caused by the individual programs.

Q. Where will my prescriptions be sent?
A. In most cases, your prescriptions are sent directly to you or in certain cases they will be sent to your physician's office.

Q. How much medication will I be receiving?
A. Most programs will send a three-month supply.

Q. How will I re-order my medications once the initial supply has run out?
A. Most programs require the entire application be re-submitted. RxMedHelper.com will contact you in advance to renew your application. Once we verify which prescription(s) you need and determine if there are new or different programs available, we will complete all of the forms and mail them to you and your healthcare provider. Your prompt cooperation is essential to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Q. What if I am not approved for a Program?
A. RxMedHelper.com will make every effort to pre-qualify you before we take your initial application or begin the application process. Our pre-qualification process is based on the most recent information we have access to. If we are not able to enroll you in, you will receive a full refund of all your money - NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Q. I have been told that I will need an "appeal" what does this mean?
A. Sometimes we are able to "Appeal" A negative decision and successfully qualify you for a program even if your monthly income exceeds the guidelines set forth by the program sponsor. We can do this based on circumstances in your life such as high out of pocket medical or prescription costs. In short, we go to bat for you to get you approved when otherwise you would not be.

It is important to note that an appeal may delay receiving your initial fulfillment of medicine by approximately 2-4 weeks. If you do receive a denial from a program, please immediately contact us, we will file the appeal on your behalf.

Q. What will RxMedHelper.com need from me to process my appeal?
A. In most cases we will need a printout from your pharmacy for the amount that you spend on medication. In some cases, we will ask you for a little more information. If your appeal is denied, you will receive a prompt refund of all amounts paid.

Q. What should I do after applying?
A. Make sure to complete, sign and return your paperwork as soon as possible. Also, continue taking your medication as normal until you receive your first shipment.
